STORE AND PRODUCTS

CoatKind offers pet bathing and grooming products through this website.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe products accurately. Product colors, appearance, packaging, specifications, availability, and other details may vary slightly due to manufacturing changes, display settings, photography, or other factors.

We may modify or discontinue products, pricing, promotions, or services at any time.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to accept, limit, refuse, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including orders involving:

- Fulfillment limitations

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

SHIPPING

After dispatch, estimated shipping time is generally 7–15 days.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Because CoatKind bath brushes are personal pet-grooming products, used bath brushes are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our Return and Refund Policy controls if there is any conflict with this section.

PRODUCT USE

CoatKind products should only be used as intended.

Use appropriate care when using grooming products on your pet and discontinue use if your pet experiences irritation, discomfort, or an unexpected reaction.

CoatKind products are not veterinary devices and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
