CoatKind currently offers free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders.

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are estimated to be processed within 1–3 days after the order is placed.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order and does not include shipping transit time.

SHIPPING TIME

After your order has been dispatched, estimated shipping time is generally:

7–15 days

Shipping and processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped.

Tracking information may require additional time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as quickly as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check:

- Around the delivery location
- With members of your household
- With neighbors
- With the applicable delivery carrier

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and provide your order number along with photos of the item.
