Store and Products
CoatKind offers pet bathing and grooming products through this website. Product descriptions, images, colors, availability, pricing, and promotions may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately, but display settings and manufacturing variations can affect how products appear.
Orders
We reserve the right to accept, limit, or cancel an order, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing or inventory errors, or cannot be fulfilled. If an order is cancelled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Discounts are subject to the terms shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.
Shipping
Standard shipping is included where stated on the product page or at checkout. Most orders are estimated to process within 1–3 days. After dispatch, estimated shipping time is generally 7–15 days. Returns and Refunds
Eligible unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds policy. For hygiene reasons, used bath brushes are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Our Returns & Refunds page controls if there is any conflict with this section.
Product Use
Use products only as intended and follow any instructions provided with the product. CoatKind products are not veterinary devices and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Stop use if your pet experiences irritation or discomfort.
Website Use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, submit malicious code, or use the site for unlawful purposes. Content on this site, including branding, graphics, text, and product presentation, may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except as allowed by law.
