You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, clean, and in its original condition. Because this is a pet bathing and grooming product, used brushes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Before sending anything back
Please contact us first with your order number so we can review the request and provide return instructions. Do not send a return without authorization.
Change-of-mind returns
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement or refund resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, when a return is required. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
